My competencies consist in providing support and backup for teams and persons in managerial and leadership functions, which will enable them to develop the solutions they need.

MAP
Management Alignment Programme
Training and coaching of management and key members of staff with involvement of the senior managers concerned is a process in which the selected participants of the programme learn on and off the job and are coached by the relevant management staff.

GAP
Goal Alignment Process
Goal setting and alignment of teams are challenges in which teams have to agree a common goal and develop a way to realise it. This means goal setting, process mapping and building up common ground, visualised as a wrap-up. After the workshop the team is ready to start.

MAC
Management Alignment Coaching
The manager and the consultant collaborate during leadership situations. Preparation and the reflection process are combined within concrete situations. The manager works together with his consultant, who acts as a facilitator and his personal consultant for challenging situations during his leadership process.
